BLENDER BASICS
Vitamix 300 Series (the shorter/wider kind)
Magic Bullet (Small for Traveling)

RECIPE
1/5 cups water
.5 cup flax seeds
1/2 cup milk
1 banana

DIRECTIONS
Soak water and flaxseeds. Blend the remaining ingredients. Top with your favorite berries, nuts, milk or yogurt, and honey or maple syrup.
