How to Make Patisserie Pastries Recipe | Pastry Recipes Videos | Recipesmaking

There are plenty of pastry recipes, but only a few are so good. Here is the one of them.

A quick and easy recipe for pastry. You can make it by hand or in a food processor.

Process of Real Patisserie Pastry Recipe;

Combine all the ingredients and work them together with your hands.
Keep kneading the mixture until you have a smooth, firm dough about as firm as an earlobe.
Cover the dough and leave it for an hour in a warm place.

Once the dough has risen, knead the dough for 2 or 3 minutes.
Then punch down and divide into 12 equal pieces, each about a size of a small tangerine.
Roll each piece into a ball, and then flatten into a round flat circle with your fingertips.
Place a spoonful of the filling mixture at one side of the circle dough, leaving a little unfilled dough margin near the edges.
Fold the circle to cover the filling to form a half moon shape.
Make sure the dough covers the filling and meet the other end.
Seal the two ends of the dough, pressing with your fingertips well.

Place the stuffed dough on the greased tray and repeat this procedure with the rest of the dough pieces.
Leave the pastries in to the tray for 30 minutes before baking. Let them rise.
Beat the egg yolk and the sugar then brush it on the pastries.

Bake them into the preheated oven to 180° until they are golden brown at top.
