My Morning Shake! | Sisters Causerie

Hello all! Happy hump day lol I wanted to share what I typically have for breakfast or lunch every day. This is super filling and it tastes amazing! Its 330 calories and super filling! Recipe below!

2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 of a medium banana, cut up
1 tbs of peanut butter (organic would be healthier, this is what I had on hand!)
2 tbs of Vanilla Pro Shake
1 tbs milled brown flax seed

Put all ingredients in blender, making sure everything is blended together, and serve!
