Ingredients:
6 ounces bittersweet chocolate (either in chips or chopped into small bits)
1-1/2 cups almonds, finely ground
4-5 mandarin oranges (about 12 ounces)
1 cup Greek-style (or other very thick) yogurt
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons powdered sugar (make sure it’s gluten-free if you need it to be)
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon baking powder
4 eggs
1/2 cup candied ginger, chopped small
