Red Velvet Chocolate Shakeology Shake

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
1 cooked medium beet, peeled, cooled, coarsely chopped
1 Tbsp. mascarpone cheese
1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
1 cup ice

Put the unsweetened almond milk, Shakeology, beet, mascarpone cheese, balsamic vinegar, and ice into the blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
